A limited unpasteurized version of the classic tasty white label from the Shiki Sensation Series.
A nice balance of fruity aromas, slightly torrid and round sweetness, and a moderately soft acidity. Freshness of raw sake, too.
The 50% polished rice, which is as clear as a Junmai Daiginjo, is an unbelievable taste at this price.
