It has a delicious flavor when drunk on its own, and a sweetness when paired with fish. I first drank Hidaka and would definitely like to try the others in the series.

Kikuhime was purchased on a trip to Ishikawa.
It is full of flavor and tastes much better with a gradual change from cold sake to room temperature, or even after opening the bottle. I feel that the sweetness increases at room temperature.
It goes well with everything, from sashimi to simmered dishes.
If I visit Ishikawa again, I would like to buy this bottle.

It is gorgeous, fruity and finely gassy.
It was delicious both as a food wine and on its own. I was impressed that there is such a wonderful sake for less than 2,000 yen.

This was my first Hirotogawa.
It was sweet and fruity, and my husband, who does not like sake, enjoyed drinking it.
I enjoyed the change in flavor on the second day as well.
