Muscat flavor and aroma at first. This is followed by the alcohol taste and aroma at the end of the sake, which is so strong that it numbs you. The tangy taste of sansho (Japanese pepper) is a flavor you get used to and enjoy! Interesting!

The first sip is sweet. Is the aroma of ingredients?　If romance is glamorous, this sake has a refined aroma like smoked silver. It goes very well with nori cheese with wasabi and soy sauce, which was recommended to me when I bought it! It would go well with other sake as well! Compared to Romain, Romain wins hands down in terms of taste, but this is another sake that I would buy again if I could find it! I would like to try different brands from Haneda Sake Brewery!
