The first sip is sweet. Is the aroma of ingredients? If romance is glamorous, this sake has a refined aroma like smoked silver.
It goes very well with nori cheese with wasabi and soy sauce, which was recommended to me when I bought it!
It would go well with other sake as well!
Compared to Romain, Romain wins hands down in terms of taste, but this is another sake that I would buy again if I could find it!
I would like to try different brands from Haneda Sake Brewery!
