I've never taken much time off in a row with a paid holiday before Jay😅.
Last year I almost took my first consecutive vacation to Kyushu 😋 and after getting a taste of it 😋 this year I took a vacation in October and planned a trip from Hiroshima to Tottori to Kansai 🤗.
I had been looking forward to this day since August when I started planning my itinerary! Last year's Kyushu trip was hit by a typhoon 🌀 and we had to change the itinerary, but it looks like we'll be fine this time👍.
This will be Jay's first time in Hiroshima 🥹 and we have several encounters waiting for us 🥹 so we are looking forward to it 😄!
So, we hope this trip will be a good one and the restaurant chosen is Shinshu Kamerei 🎵.
It is a Junmai sake that is rumored to be the most delicious after all ☺️
Yes, it is! It's deliciously sweet and then beautifully rounded out with a sourness that comes through nicely 😍This is really incredibly delicious 😋.
I was originally planning to take the Shinkansen from Utsunomiya to Hiroshima at the end of Tokyo Station, but after 4 hours of izakaya shinkansen 🏮, I was going to be a hebereke 🤤 so I decided on a hybrid of an airplane ✈️ and the Shinkansen!
First time using Ibaraki airport where parking is free ❗️
We will fly to Shin-Kobe and take the Shinkansen from there!
I'm leaving home at 5am, so I'm going to bed early today 💤.

The Peace Memorial Museum left me speechless with sadness, but I recovered and enjoyed the beautiful sake of Hiroshima at night 😏.
