Today was a wonderful day 💓I received an Edo-kiriko Fuji rock glass & Sake from my sister-in-law and cash from my mother-in-law.
I was so worried about what to have for snacks 💦whether to have enough sushi to fill me up or more sashimi than I can eat🤔❓I thought it over for two days and decided to buy both and have more sashimi than I can eat 🤔❓We're ready for snacks but my wife asked me to choose some sake for her birthday present😄❓I'll buy it for you I'll buy it for you ❓What's the best sake for a birthday present from ❤️? I thought about it so much that I got a headache and chose a sake that I wouldn't want to buy myself with my allowance and that I couldn't buy in Nagoya, so I chose Isojimasu 6402 yen 🤗.
I honestly don't know what it tastes like, but it's expensive and looks very classy 🤣👍It was also a great pleasure to confirm the heartbeat of the celebration before and it really was the most wonderful birthday. ☺️
Then we opened the bottle: ‼️
The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet like muscat, bitter and acidic with a beautiful sharpness, perfect with sushi & sashimi.
I'll open another bottle later.
