寿梨庵
I get this sake every year from a friend in Uonuma 🤗 again this year.
You can always feel the gorgeous atmosphere of early spring 🌸
Pale leesiness described as a haze 🌫.
From the visual and the recent trend, you would think it would be low alcohol and fruity... but it's not... it's 16.5 degrees alcohol again this year and it's a big hit. ⚡︎
It has a faint aroma of sweet malted rice and a banana-like fruitiness, but it is quite dry with a firm alcohol taste. The rice used is the brewery's own Hokuriku Ichi-ni-go.
It has a gorgeous yet tight sensation as if you drank spring water after the snow melted on a mild spring day. ❄️
It went well with boiled greens, pickled kikkoshizuke, fried royal ferns, etc. 😋.
