I bought it at a roadside station in Kisarazu on my way home from golf the other day! We were rummaging through the local liquor and chose a gem from a brewery not far from that roadside station (very exciting!). This was my first time to try a sake from Chiba Prefecture. The aroma was dry and aromatic. It had a moderate flavor and acidity. What's this dry taste! The crisp, dry mouthfeel goes straight to the finish. Delicious ✨This goes well with a meal 😃 I can feel the aroma of the sea in Tokyo Bay ‼️It was a masterpiece of Uchibo Kimitsu(^o^)/.

さっぱりしていて爽やか。喉ごしもクリアで、スッと染み込んでくる感じ。後味にほんのりと酸味を感じるだけ。久留里線という千葉県のローカル線に乗りながら、君津のお酒を味わう。至福の夏休み。
