A dry, light Junmai Ginjo. It is made by Kamotsuru Shuzo. I thought it was a Kyoto sake because of the "Kamo", but it is a Hiroshima sake. It has an aroma of polished apples, a dry mouthfeel, and after a while, it seems to have a bean-like flavor.
