I bought a cup of sake from a brewery I don't usually buy from at the sake corner of the Kintetsu Department Store. Taruhira Shuzo has an image of heated sake, but the sake was clear and light, and could be served cold without any problems. It is an easy-drinking cup of sake that does not feel too spicy or sake-like. There is no ginjo aroma and it does not taste like a daiginjo. It has a delicious rice flavor and a unique and distinctive taste. I would like to try the Yukimukae namaishu that was sold at the Hankyu Department Store's Sake Brewer's Festival.

At Lebert Zao Onsen Lebert Zao. Dinner time. It is refreshingly dry and seems to go well with sashimi. The employee told us that the name comes from an anecdote about a person who drank this sake when it was not snowing and the next day it snowed! There's history in the name!

酒屋さんが特定されるので、同僚に買ってきてもらいました。飲み口は度数18度の原酒がききますが、逆につまみが進みます(笑)で、また呑みたくなる。ロックだと旨味も感じやすく、まろやかになり、呑みやすかったです。晩酌に最適。旨い。

こちらも米沢の旅にて米沢牛重と一緒にヾ(＠⌒ー⌒＠)ノこちらもサラッと系だけど、芯に沁みてくる感じもある、なかなか強いお酒です米沢牛の濃密な味わいの料理とともに(=ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ
