I had an image that unfiltered sake was like raw sake, but this is an unfiltered hi-seasoned sake. As the name suggests, the mouthfeel is rich and expansive, with a crisp and clean aftertaste. It has a nice, clean aftertaste. This is delicious. This is intoxicating.
