Fuma#9Super easy to drink!
Delicious 😋. よーし57I bought it at an event when I visited Isetan Shinjuku. It was originally a sake brewery in Fukushima, but was damaged by the tsunami and moved to Yamagata. Or rather, they were saved.
The taste is not like Fukushima and it has a strong flavor. I have a feeling that Fukushima sake has become more and more refreshing recently, so this one is firm, but without any habits, and the mellowness spreads out. It is certainly dense.
It seems to be akagane, the old name for the sake.
The rice polishing ratio is 65%, and the alcohol level is 16%. The rice used is Omachi from Okayama Prefecture.
I also bought a bottle of Koshihikari 100% in a No. 4 bottle. てつやLight, dry and crisp sake.

A royalty. Delicious dry. Simple. Tedt¥1,650 Souvenir from a visit to Namie. It was relocated to Yamagata Prefecture due to the earthquake, but came back to Namie to make sake. The sake has a mild sweetness and is easy to drink. SatochanSoft and sweet
Slight aroma, soft attack. The taste is softly sweet and light. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste.
It is a gentle sake that does not match the stiff label. てつやSweet and firm on the palate with a crisp, fresh dry finish.

Sweet and easy to drink. The aftertaste is dry but soft and easy to drink. 富並衆1856
While the wine is very dry, it has a well-balanced gradation. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
