I like the fact that it has an aroma that is typical of Japanese sake.
I think it's Senkoma ☺️.
The sourness was a little more forward than the sweetness, and it accompanied the meal. It went away quickly with the salads😇.

The cold version has a mellow flavor rather than the unique crispness of hiya-oroshi (cold-roasted sake), which spreads in the mouth.

This is a local brew from Fukushima that I got as a gift from a friend.......it's hard to find in the Kanto region unless you go to Tochigi.... This is a good choice for a midday meal.
