<Easy to understand retro sweet and tasty everyday sake
A cup of sake with added sugars and acidifiers as well as brewer's alcohol. Let's drink it.
The aroma is cup-like alcohol. Frankly, there is no sense of luxury at all. To put it bluntly, it is cheap. But you know what, I don't mind it at all. In fact, I like it.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the rice, a slight umami, bitterness, and sourness pops out. Oh! Ummm! There are no subtle nuances; it is delicious and easy to understand.
Chikoma, it is very good as an everyday sake. I can drink it forever. One cup for dinner was not enough. I really wanted to heat it up, but it was gone in no time.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare it to Minamoto-san in "From Up on Poppy Hill. He is an old rice shop owner on an auto tricycle. He is a very Showa-era neighborhood old man. The story takes place in Yokohama, but he looks like an Edokko (an old man from the Edo period). He is friendly and easy-going.
Satisfaction: ★★★★

Smooth on the palate with a crisp finish and a sweet, gorgeous aroma.
The taste is clean and elegant without any miscellaneous flavors.
I received it as a souvenir from Fukushima.
It is a sake of Shirakawa city in Fukushima prefecture, and is not distributed in Tokyo.
I'm glad to have a local brand.
A cuppa sake! It's still delicious and does not betray.
I can drink it every day.
Good sharpness, good flavor, good balance!
I think I'm going to be addicted to cup sake.
This kind of sake is difficult to drink on its own.
The goodness of the local sake comes out only when it is combined with local ingredients.
I wonder what Shirakawa's specialties are.
I've never had it before.
It's like unfiltered, unpasteurized sake from Fukushima.
It has a mild sweetness and umami.
It's easy to drink, but you can also feel the strength.
The aftertaste that slowly lingers on the tongue is also pleasant.
It goes well with sashimi.
Rice polishing ratio 60%.
Alcohol content 17 degrees (a little high)

Rice polishing ratio 40%.
Alcohol content 17 degrees
It is mellow and easy to drink.
After all, high-class sake is different.
The sake is pressed by hanging a cloth bag with Moromi in it and collecting the drops that fall naturally.
You can feel the spirit of the brewer!
First post in 2021...! I stopped drinking for a while to lose weight, but today I'm finally back! That's right!
I was in Fukushima for a while, so I bought this sake as a souvenir. It's been a long time since I've had sake, and it's crisp, yet mellow! This time I served it cold, but look at the back of the label! Delicious no matter how you drink it! It's wonderful! I think lukewarm heating is probably the best way to enjoy this flavor...
It leaves a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth. It's another nostalgic sake flavor... I love sake! I love it!!!!
This is the first Ginjo-shu in Senkoma.
I usually drink only Junmai, but I can drink Alsoup without feeling uncomfortable, and in fact, the aftertaste is cleaner than Junmai.
