January 27 "Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki" (3)
The booth of Houmusume, a company whose sake I had never drunk before, offered a discount of five tickets for a drink comparison instead of six tickets for three, so I decided to compare them.
Osawa Honke Sake Brewing Company / "Houmusume" - Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture
Hohomusume freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake.
Rich sweetness with a little bit of a classical and alu feel. It has a classical feel, but the sweetness packs a strong punch.
This is delicious!
Hohomusume Nigori Sake
It is quite milky and super rich. It has a great sense of rice and a strong sweetness. It is a rich sweet sake with a high alcohol content.
Nada no Nama Ippon Junsei Junmai Nama Nama sake
It has a caramel-like aroma and a slightly matured taste. It has a caramel-like aroma and a bit of an aged feel. It is also delicious.
I checked the pop-up later and it says it is stored at low temperature.
They also brought Junmai Daiginjo Genshu (Junmai Daiginjo Original Sake), but it was expensive (4 tickets), so I passed it up.
The venue was packed with people around 12:00 p.m., and there were lines at all the booths.
Tickets were still available, but by the time I left, they were sold out.

Good evening, Nemuchi 😃
I'm afraid to buy it because of the added sugar 😅Nemuchi's and Yoohee's reviews are highly rated so I'll try it once 😊.

Good morning, Nemuchi-san!
I recommend Takaramusume 😄It is originally from Sakai City, and the brewer is a close friend of Tokuwaka ❗️, but the sweetness of the sake might be my vote.

Hello bouken, I drank the freshly squeezed raw sake without knowing about the added sugar and it was delicious 😁 I didn't mind the classical taste, I liked the impact of the dark sweetness 👍.
