On the way back from a bike ride to Nishinomiya City, I went to Osawa Honke Sake Brewery, which Mr. Bouken had told me about.
They had a very large lineup of original sake.
Since there are many competitors in Nada, it is good to have individuality.
The taste is wonderful!
It has a mature taste, of course, but it also has a heavy acidity and a wave attack of umami and spiciness.
When heated up, the aroma is also very mature.
It has a rich graininess, which is enhanced when heated.
I even said it was delicious, just like the leader of the group who drank the miso soup with the turnip!
I don't know if it was just a coincidence that there were many more customers than me, but I think the reason we are able to do what we do here is because of the quality of the content.
Today I discovered a wonderful shrine called Hino Shrine, and also went to Hirota Shrine!
I also went to Futaba Onsen (hot spring) to perfectly prepare my spirit, and then went to Sun Road (shopping street) to heal and drink sake!
After a long day of activity, what goes better with sake is not the stiff sake of Nada, but rather a local sake with a rich and rustic flavor!
A very good sake brewery!
Next time, I will go to the branch next door. I'm going to visit the branch next door next time!

Did you see the handprints of 80's Yoshimoto comedians and Hanshin and Hankyu players on the floor of Sun Road?

Hello!
I didn't know about the bill because I just happened to be here.
If it's a baseball player's, I'll have to go back next time.
I really liked the Houmusume.
This sake has been very well received by other people, and it's wonderful!

Treasured daughter! I've missed ......
It's been a while since the brewery opened a few years ago😇
Hello Shinjou-san!
I didn't know that this brewery had been added to the Nada no Nama Ippon series!
But the label design is different from other breweries 🤔.

Hello, Yoohee-san!
I was so excited to see not only the sake barrels of Hanshin, but also the rare Ougi Masamune!
I have a longing for the mountain, because my hometown is lower than my apartment in Tempozan.

Hello, Mr. Sakaeran (********).
This doesn't seem to be a series.
It's interesting that it's here in this area and it's full of small-scale local sake brewery style!
I've only been to the big breweries in Nada, so I'm planning to go here too!
