A 350ml mini bottle purchased at the Co-op.
This is not a beer to be enjoyed by itself, but a drink to be enjoyed with a meal.
The aroma hits the nose and the spicy taste lingers after it goes down the throat.
It would be good with dried fish with strong flavor, or teriyaki.

My first impression of this sake was that it was very yellow. I thought it would be crisp and crisp since it was a pure rice sake, but it had a strange taste and was not very good, probably because it was not stored properly. It was a little disappointing.
