Simply delicious. Today, I paired it with yakko and omizuke. In winter, I think the gorgeousness of this sake will open up even more if you pair it with light flavors such as taragiku.

A 350ml mini bottle purchased at the Co-op. This is not a beer to be enjoyed by itself, but a drink to be enjoyed with a meal. The aroma hits the nose and the spicy taste lingers after it goes down the throat. It would be good with dried fish with strong flavor, or teriyaki.

The new sake "only for glasses" comes out every autumn. Isn't it quite a major sake for sake lovers in Sendai? Immediately after opening the bottle, the youthfulness comes with it, but after a few days, the taste becomes more relaxed and nice. Our expectations for the autumn season have increased. It is good with sashimi of flatfish or smoked duck.

It has a slightly spicy wild taste, which is a characteristic of making a traditional sake. The umami is not that great, and if you drink it by itself, you will feel it is a little lacking. It is a good match for meat dishes and salty dishes like salted fish. It can also be served lukewarm as an accompaniment to warm broth dishes. This is a sake to drink when there is still a slight chill in the air until late spring.

A crisp sake that goes well with meals. Although it is a Junmai Daiginjo, the price is kept low and it is very suitable for daily drinking. It has a good aroma and is convenient to keep a bottle in the refrigerator.
