Daitora 🍶.
It seems to be a brewery in Sagae city.
It is described as "very dry," but it has a Sake meter of +10.
So-so 🤣.
The aroma is mild, with a firm acidity and a crisp taste😋.
It has few peculiarities and refreshes the palate in between meals ❣️
This place also has a separate bar 🍸, which I visited after my meal.
