Hananomai, a Shizuoka sake, also has a western flavor, but this one is more like wine!

肉料理に合うって書かれてたお酒。
このお酒は酸っぱい方。甘酸っぱい。
この酸が肉の脂を気にさせないのかな。好き。
アルコール度数が8～9度なので、かなり飲めちゃう。けど、日本酒度が-70で、割りと甘くて飲みすぎないかも。
HPでは『【ペアリングフード例】レバーペーストのハチミツがけ・干し柿とクリームチーズ・アーモンドのキャラメリゼ・甘納豆』ってなってた。
すき焼きとか、濃いめの料理も合うと思う！
