A disposal price for inventory adjustment due to decreased demand from restaurants? It was sold at Donki around the end of last year for about 700 yen including tax. Tsurumasa Shuzo went out of business after all 😢. I was wondering if there were any left in stock, but there was one last bottle. I think it is rare to find 100% Kyo no Kiraki. It has a slightly aged ginjo aroma with a little bit of a peculiar aroma. When you drink it, it is as refreshing as clean water. If it had not been aged, it would have been a normal easy-drinking sake like Kyozenjosui. The Junmai Daiginjo from the same Tsurumasa Shuzo brewery was better, though the price was totally different.
