This sake was jointly developed with Motox. It has won consecutive honorable mentions at the Omachi Summit in the past. It was a person from the brewery who had previously corresponded with us and an employee of Motox.
◉庵 Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake
It's refreshing, umami, and delicious, but a bit clear. It was a bit clearer. It was less rich than the previous bottles I had tasted.
◉庵 Bizen Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake
Fruity and umami, with a bit of bitterness towards the end. This time it was my favorite.
◉庵 Bizen Omachi Unfiltered Special Junmai
A bit of sourness first, but still clear and loose.
Maybe it's because it's the last one, but I often get a different impression when I drink it again.
