It's getting deep into autumn, and we've been drinking only the calm Hiyaoroshi sake, so we asked our regular liquor store for a dry sake with a sharp taste.
This is the sake. This is a new brewery for me.
The label says it's dry, and the sake level is +8, so it's much drier than usual.
I took a sip and thought, "Hmm? Is it really dry? I thought it was, but it was very tangy from the middle to the end. I think it is dry. The aftertaste is also long.
It was just right for me because I've had a lot of mellow sake in the past.
