It was a bottle that I appreciated in the current lingering summer heat, which has the good points of a light daiginjo rather than an autumn sake.
Thank you very much for your kindness.
A modern sake. It has a sweetness to it, and although it is 14 degrees, it seems to be about 12 degrees. If you like Niimasa ecru, you will probably like it even though it doesn't have the wood vat taste.
I struggled to open the bottle due to the strong carbonation.
It tasted dry and was good as an in-between-dinner drink.
I was curious and tried heating it up, but the bitterness came out and I didn't like it very much.
