When opened, the sake did not have a particular aroma, and I felt it had a rather cloying and bitter taste, so I tried heating it up instead of cooling it, and the aroma, umami, and sweetness became surprisingly strong and delicious. It also tastes better after a while when it is exposed to air.

This is it! It's so good! It's vinegary iso-ish, with quite a bit of rice flavor sizzling in it! It's pretty good when it's warmed up. No matter how many times you raise it, the flavor doesn't skip a beat!

みずかがみ100%使用．あんまぁぁぁい！と思わず叫んで走り出してしまいそうなくらい．そして久々に19度もある原酒，アルコールランプの香り豊か．なんとなくぶどう系の甘さを持つ．
