We were rummaging through the local liquor and chose a gem from a brewery not far from that roadside station (very exciting!). This was my first time to try a sake from Chiba Prefecture. The aroma was dry and aromatic. It had a moderate flavor and acidity. What's this dry taste! The crisp, dry mouthfeel goes straight to the finish. Delicious ✨This goes well with a meal 😃 I can feel the aroma of the sea in Tokyo Bay ‼️It was a masterpiece of Uchibo Kimitsu(^o^)/.
