Had as part of the Ume Course during my second dinner at this lovely ryokan. you could taste the gamey-ness from the Yamahai. I’m glad this was today’s recommendation!
Had as part of the Ume Course during my second dinner at this lovely ryokan. It was smooth and my favorite of the bunch. Definitely lived up to its name.
I got the Pine Course of sake with my first dinner at Kutsurogijuku Chiyotaki, this sake was part of it and was far and away my favorite. Delicious, smooth, with a hint of pine and a certain je ne sais quoi. If I can find a bottle, I’m getting it!
