It is said that this sake was served at the Ise-Shima Summit.
The aroma is fresh, but you can also smell the solid aroma of rice.
The first sip is dry and smooth, but after two or three sips, you can enjoy the mellow aroma of rice.
The koji rice is Yamadanishiki from Mie Prefecture, and the kake rice is Gohyakumangoku from Toyama Prefecture, with a rice polishing ratio of 60%.
