Second drink at Izakaya 🏮 near the station closest to my home. Nanbu Bijin Special Junmai It's been a long time since I've had Nanbu Bijin! Tokubetsu Junmai is Nanbu Bijin's standard and flagship sake. The main ingredient is Ginotome, a specially grown rice produced in Ninohe City, Iwate Prefecture. The aroma is gentle and fruity. When you taste it, you will be surprised by the elegant flavor of rice! It is understated and finishes nicely, so it does not interfere with your meal. With simmered kumquat, which men love ❤️ I feel somewhat cheered up. to be continued

It was nice to get on the train after a quick drink at Odenger, a limited-time-only challenge store on platforms 5 and 6 of Hakata Station, but something was missing... So, I went to Izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) near the station closest to my home. Let's start with this Tateyama Special Junmai Sake Sweet and delicious with a moderate aroma. Rice-like flavor with a touch of umami Light and easy to drink. ❗️ It was served with fresh chicken liver sashimi. The synergistic effect makes both delicious! to be continued
