This product is said to be a blend of Yamahai Junmai with a secret Daiginjo to add flair and sharpness.
I don't think I can detect much of an aroma.
It is soft on the palate, and when it cools down...⁈
I felt bitter ‼︎, but as the temperature relaxes, I gradually feel richness and umami with bitterness + alu feeling.

I was so excited to get it, wondering what sparkling ✨sake would taste like... but I let it be a sentry in the fridge 🥲I was worried about the color and deterioration of the sake, but I could drink it 😅The gold leaf sank to the bottom of the sake cup right away. It's hard to get it into your mouth. It has a slightly classical atmosphere, but it has a caramel-like sweetness, like a candy with a hint of sweetness, and is full of malted rice aroma and flavor. It is best to be served with chikuzen-ni. ことりAs soon as I put my fingernail on the stopper, I felt a spontaneous gas pressure.
The aroma is mildly fruity, reminiscent of banana and melon, with a hint of malted rice, and a pleasantly sweet, crisp, silky gasiness. It is a delicious wine that can be enjoyed on its own 😋.

We arrived at the station a little too early, so we were strolling through the sake section at Seijo Ishii in the station and found a bottle of Saint that we wanted to drink: ❗️
It wasn't the Hizirizm with the Saint's logo that I wanted to drink, but they got it 🤗.

It's a 35% polished Daiginjo, but it's a cosy one and I was looking forward to drinking it 😄.

I was just saying 🤔 that I might get a little bored with it as I drink it 🤔 but I finished it 😆 It might be good to drink it after a few days 😅.
But we would prefer something a little more refreshing 🤔I would love to try Hizirizm 😋.

Yes, there are Masumi and Kuheiji and WAKAZE!
