I was so excited to get it, wondering what sparkling ✨sake would taste like... but I let it be a sentry in the fridge 🥲I was worried about the color and deterioration of the sake, but I could drink it 😅The gold leaf sank to the bottom of the sake cup right away. It's hard to get it into your mouth. It has a slightly classical atmosphere, but it has a caramel-like sweetness, like a candy with a hint of sweetness, and is full of malted rice aroma and flavor. It is best to be served with chikuzen-ni.
