It has been a while since I had a drink outside and sipped Jikkai. It is quite expensive, but it is delicious. But I wish I could drink it a little cheaper since it is local. It is the same as drinking in Tokyo 😢.

There is a slight gassy feeling and the gentle mouthfeel is the same. I wish I could buy it here on a regular basis.

最初に注文した鶏のもも焼きがセットでタタキもありました。予想外の量でしたが食べきれそうだ。明日体重計に乗るのが怖い。
山廃でもかなり軽めに感じます。酸味も穏やかで飲みやすいお酒です。タンクが良くなったのか、蔵の温度調整が出来ているのか、山廃でもかなり狙ったところの味が実現できているように感じます。

I think I'll drink quite a bit before I get to the Yakitori.
It doesn't have a gorgeous aroma, but it's a light and refreshing sake. There are still many small breweries around Yokkaichi that are not well known.

We couldn't get in because the restaurant we wanted to go to was chartered, so we enjoy a cup of yakitori for the first time in a while.
This is my first sake. It has a light bitterness, so it's more of a mid-meal sake than a first drink.

最後にバタバタとつまみが来ましたが、かなり満足した一夜です。
