It has a matured feel. There is no description of the specs on the menu, but it looks like a long-aged junmai sake. It has a savory aroma and a light brown color.
It is suitable for drinking slowly.
It has been a while since I had a drink outside and sipped Jikkai. It is quite expensive, but it is delicious. But I wish I could drink it a little cheaper since it is local. It is the same as drinking in Tokyo 😢.
We even managed to eat some yakitori. This is the end of today. I have to go home and prepare for tomorrow...
There is a slight gassy feeling and the gentle mouthfeel is the same. I wish I could buy it here on a regular basis.
I think I'll drink quite a bit before I get to the Yakitori.
It doesn't have a gorgeous aroma, but it's a light and refreshing sake. There are still many small breweries around Yokkaichi that are not well known.
We couldn't get in because the restaurant we wanted to go to was chartered, so we enjoy a cup of yakitori for the first time in a while.
This is my first sake. It has a light bitterness, so it's more of a mid-meal sake than a first drink.
