熊谷 朋之Good evening! (^o^)
The heat continues with no end in sight today.
My parents' house seems to have recorded almost 40 degrees Celsius today, and I don't think my body, which has been adapted to cold weather, can stand it very well (smiles).
Yesterday, I went to the general meeting of the friends association of the bank with which we do business.
And since it was the first time in four years that a get-together was included, I brought in a bottle of sake that I had received as a gift to celebrate (laugh).
To be honest, I am too old to drink a bottle by myself (laugh), so I think it's better to have a large group of people to share a bottle with.
I brought a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Yamahai from Tasake.
It is supposed to be refrigerated, but it had been left in the box at room temperature for about half a year (laugh).
So I poured the first sip into Mr. Yaegashi's cup right after opening the package to see how it tasted.
He said, "Yes, it tastes good," so I poured it into various people's cups.
I also took a sip.
The taste is mellow and well-balanced.
The sweetness, umami, and acidity are all mild but nicely balanced, making me want to keep drinking it.
It is very tasty! (^o^) 熊谷 朋之@Mizuhashi, I understand! (Translated by.
Thank you very much!
I will register as soon as possible!
Also, my fridge is going to be at a bad level... 😁. @水橋Tomoyuki Kumagai, we too cannot solve the refrigerator problem ( ;) ) @水橋Tomoyuki Kumagai, I just checked and it's in stock.
It's a bottle of Yongbottle with a bottle of sake. 熊谷 朋之Eh! Check! (Translated by.
I did it!
I did it 😁. 熊谷 朋之Good evening! (^○^)
Today was cloudy according to the weather forecast, but it was cold in the northern coastal area of Iwate Prefecture with light rain all day and a high temperature of 13 degrees Celsius.
The day before yesterday, the high was 30 degrees Celsius, so it feels like we are back to winter from midsummer. (@_@)
It is typical of the Tohoku region... (^_^; )
Most of the houses have probably already put away the stove, but I think it is usually left as it is in the three Tohoku prefectures and Hokkaido.
Well, yesterday I attended a welcome party for a public organization in a neighboring town.
It had been put off for a while due to the Wuhan pneumonia, but since it was the first time in 4 years, everyone was in high spirits (lol).
And I offered a new junmai ginjo from Izumikin Shuzo, which I found at Gin no Sake Kibune.
There is a rumor that I brought it because I wanted to drink it myself.
I asked Mr. Yoshikichiro Yaegashi, the president of Izumikin Shuzo, about it, and he said that he had indeed drunk it, so I took a sip while pouring it for everyone.
Oh, it has a firm sweetness and deliciousness.
The other day's was light. The other day's was light, but this time it was firm.
It was also gorgeous, and everyone said, "Oh! and they drank it with happy expressions on their faces.
I was happy to recommend it to them.
It was delicious!
遥瑛チチGood morning, Tomoyuki Kumagai 😃.
13 degrees is cold 🥶.
Looks like you are progressing well to the after-corona 😊.
My office is too busy for a welcome party though 💦. 熊谷 朋之Hi, Chichi! (≧▽≦)
As expected, I wore thick long sleeves for underwear (lol).
It's been a while since some of us had a drink, and we had a lot of fun and excitement.
Chichi-san's workplace seems to be a tough one 😅. さけラン"Ladies and gentlemen," he said. and say it out loud ......"
Wow, it's truly a blissful moment for the person recommending it 😇. 熊谷 朋之Hello, Mr. Sake-run! (≧▽≦)
Yes, what makes me happy is that I brought sake that I thought was delicious! What makes me more blissful is the fact that the sake I brought is returned with a smile😃.
President Yaegashi also thanked me. w 熊谷 朋之New Year's party of an industry group.
Next was Yaezakura Daiginjo.
Like Junmai Ginjo, it is described as light and dry.
It was served at room temperature.
It was indeed light and dry like the Junmai Ginjo.
Compared to Hi no Tori, it has a slight sweetness.
It can be served with any dishes.
Both types of sake were purchased, so the bill was separate from the all-you-can-drink bill.
So, if you have extra, you can take it home.
Some tables drank all of the sake, but some took some home with happy faces, which was quite nice (laughs).
I gave the manager of the bank we do business with half of the leftovers to take home, and he was very happy.
Next month, we plan to hold a sake drinking party with the staff of the branch.
The sake is already lined up in the hallway where the sun don't shine (laugh).
The Wuhan pneumonia has calmed down considerably.
The influenza will be ready anytime as soon as it settles down (laugh).
P.S.
When the heating is turned off, the cold slowly creeps in.
I wonder if spring is really coming. I am beginning to wonder if spring is really coming.
I hope you all take care of yourselves.
Thank you very much. etorannzyuHello 😃
I often see Ryusen Yaezakura's but I've never seen a label like this 😮.
I heard they are going to change some of the labels this season, is this one of those sake? 🤔 熊谷 朋之Hello, etorannzyu! (^o^)
I don't see Daiginjo in stores very often.
Iwaizumi's sake brewery has it.
I think Kibune-san had a new sake that was a medium or something.
They are going to change it gradually. 熊谷 朋之Good evening! (^○^)
Today was the New Year's drinking party of an industry group.
Usually, the drinking party is a simple all-you-can-drink affair, but I didn't want to drink sake that wasn't good, so I asked the office staff to prepare junmai ginjo and daiginjo from the Izumikin Shuzo brewery.
First, Junmai Ginjo "Fire Bird Label."
A person named Hikaru Michimata expressed the character "bird" in seal script as the label.
For details, please read the second page.
Serve at room temperature.
It has a refreshing taste as described as "light and dry.
As it rolls on the tongue, you can feel the fullness of the rice.
It is a perfect match for any kind of food.
I am glad I chose this one.
It was delicious!
P.S. 1
Before the New Year's party, the chief of the traffic section of the local police station gave a lecture.
He told us that the Iwate Prefectural Police is taking top priority measures against elderly people and drunk driving.
No, I'm about to go out for a drink.
The chief knew what he was talking about and politely asked us to be careful not to drink in a way that would leave a lasting impression on us tomorrow.
P.S. 2
Today's minimum temperature is 11.5°C, up 5°C from yesterday.
The cold air is building up inside the house and the drain pipe of the washing machine is frozen.
