New Year's party of an industry group. Next was Yaezakura Daiginjo. Like Junmai Ginjo, it is described as light and dry. It was served at room temperature. It was indeed light and dry like the Junmai Ginjo. Compared to Hi no Tori, it has a slight sweetness. It can be served with any dishes. Both types of sake were purchased, so the bill was separate from the all-you-can-drink bill. So, if you have extra, you can take it home. Some tables drank all of the sake, but some took some home with happy faces, which was quite nice (laughs). I gave the manager of the bank we do business with half of the leftovers to take home, and he was very happy. Next month, we plan to hold a sake drinking party with the staff of the branch. The sake is already lined up in the hallway where the sun don't shine (laugh). The Wuhan pneumonia has calmed down considerably. The influenza will be ready anytime as soon as it settles down (laugh). P.S. When the heating is turned off, the cold slowly creeps in. I wonder if spring is really coming. I am beginning to wonder if spring is really coming. I hope you all take care of yourselves. Thank you very much.

Hello 😃 I often see Ryusen Yaezakura's but I've never seen a label like this 😮. I heard they are going to change some of the labels this season, is this one of those sake? 🤔

Hello, etorannzyu! (^o^) I don't see Daiginjo in stores very often. Iwaizumi's sake brewery has it. I think Kibune-san had a new sake that was a medium or something. They are going to change it gradually.
