Good evening! (^o^)
The heat continues with no end in sight today.
My parents' house seems to have recorded almost 40 degrees Celsius today, and I don't think my body, which has been adapted to cold weather, can stand it very well (smiles).
Yesterday, I went to the general meeting of the friends association of the bank with which we do business.
And since it was the first time in four years that a get-together was included, I brought in a bottle of sake that I had received as a gift to celebrate (laugh).
To be honest, I am too old to drink a bottle by myself (laugh), so I think it's better to have a large group of people to share a bottle with.
I brought a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Yamahai from Tasake.
It is supposed to be refrigerated, but it had been left in the box at room temperature for about half a year (laugh).
So I poured the first sip into Mr. Yaegashi's cup right after opening the package to see how it tasted.
He said, "Yes, it tastes good," so I poured it into various people's cups.
I also took a sip.
The taste is mellow and well-balanced.
The sweetness, umami, and acidity are all mild but nicely balanced, making me want to keep drinking it.
It is very tasty! (^o^)
