Izumibashi夏ヤゴブルー 純米酒原酒

Obtained at a store directly owned by the Izumihashi Brewery.
The alcohol content is 18%, so naturally it has a strong alcoholic taste. It has a hard flavor typical of Izumihashi, but it is sweet and full-bodied.
Since it is a summer sake, one would think it would be a refreshing sake, and it is, but it is not just that, it has a strong flavor.
I paired it with Suzuhiro's chilled oden. Local Kanagawa collaboration 😆.
