A nice alcoholic taste. Hardness typical of Izumihashi.
Although it is Yamada-Nishiki, it is not a uniformly clear Yamada-Nishiki, but has a delicious complex flavor with a hint of rice bran.
Today, I was thinking of having a sake related to the earthquake disaster, but I didn't have any left.
I will offer a toast with a local sake.
