The third drink was a fish whisper!
Original brand of "Sakana Ichiba", a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) mainly in Kyushu.
The aroma is clearly different from the two previous sake!
It's aluzoe, you know.
Mouthfeel is just like the image.
It is not light, but rich and dry.
However, it is not so heavy.
It is finished with just the right amount of richness.

The second glass was Kitaya Junmai Daiginjo 50% polished!
The aroma of this one is also very refreshing and crisp, just like ❗️!
The label on the back says it has a fruity aroma and mellow flavor!
But I felt it was drier than Kanbokuto...
It makes the meal go further 😄.

Kanbokuto Special Junmai
The aroma is tight and fruity.
It has a dignified feel. ❗️
But when you put it in your mouth, it is crisp and dry!
It goes well with sashimi.
