We tried a Junmai Daiginjo this time from Fukuwagura (brewed by Imuraya of Azuki Bar), which was delicious the last time we drank it!
The 720ml bottle is 3,300 yen including tax.
Melon-like aroma.
The taste is a combination of the sweetness of the last junmai-daiginjo with a sharpness that I can't quite describe, but it is very clear. It's not just a sweet taste (it's like a combination of dry and sweet).
Very tasty!
I think this one would be easier to pair with other dishes.
However, considering the cost-effectiveness, if I had to repeat, I would probably go for the Junmai Ginjo from last time!
