YukoThe closing dish at this restaurant is also Tenmu.
It is my favorite taste as it has been since the first time I had it.
The gorgeous ginjo aroma of pear, melon, and white peach overflows. The attack is mellow on the palate. Creaminess with umami, and the fruit flavors felt in the aroma spread out. The penetrating power of the lingering finish is superb, and despite the mellowness of the mid-palate, the finish is delicate, as if drawing a line in the sand. ma-ki-Good evening, Yuko!
Yakitori and sake are delicious 😋.
And Tenpyo-san is fruity, beautiful, easy to drink and delicious🤗. YukoIt is rare to find sake from Oita! I ordered it.
And what a beautiful label ✨!
The aroma is fruity, like apple or passion fruit. The acidity and slight fizzy sensation makes it moderately refreshing in the mouth. YukoTenbu is always served at Hirano. It is too sweet and delicious, so we repeat. YukoI saw it for the first time.
The label is tasteful and the taste is elegant yet sharp. YukoA summery bottle of Koei Kiku. It has a strong acidity and is perfect for hot days. YukoI like Hirano's sake choice!
Sake degree, 10 degrees of deliciousness and spiciness. He said that the sake degree depends on the acidity of the sake.
