Although there are economical reasons, I think it is better to drink the lowest spec sake for the first time to see the bottom strength of the brewery....... I think it's a good way to understand the brewery's care and attention to detail.

The aroma is apple-like ❓Although it's fruity 😅
The taste is citrusy with sweetness and umami from the rice and a good amount of sourness so it has a nice sharpness 👍Bitter aftertaste 😭.
I wish it didn't have this bitterness 💦.
Next time I️ won't buy this eight.

I️ was able to get the bitter melon I️ was looking for.
The clerk recommended Toyobai No.8 yeast, so I bought some on the way 🤣.
I lost my allowance right away!

The aroma is subdued and almost odorless, but there's a hint of apple 😄.
The taste is also apple-like, but the acidity is sharp and bitter 😅💦, probably because it's a summer sake.
I think it's good as a food sake.
