雅It's been a while since I've had a Toyobai 😆👍.
I heard they use #8 yeast on the www.
I knew it was from the 6.7.8 series, but there's no place near me that sells it, so I passed on it.
It's the one that the shopkeeper recommended 😅💦.
So I️ opened the bottle.
The aroma is apple-like ❓Although it's fruity 😅
The taste is citrusy with sweetness and umami from the rice and a good amount of sourness so it has a nice sharpness 👍Bitter aftertaste 😭.
I wish it didn't have this bitterness 💦.
Next time I️ won't buy this eight.
