I found the drink I was looking for so I brought it to Kiri number 🙌
On the way back from visiting a brewery in Oyama, we stopped by a local liquor store, Sugitaya Sake Shop😄.
When I entered the store, the owner said "Hououmida 🐦🔥 is here ❗️".
Did I look like I was looking for Hououmida that much 🤣.
There are also Nishibori Sake Brewery's store exclusives, making a big impact on the selection 😳.
And...there was a casual "3 hundred years of breaking the law". My sake friend recommended this brand to me, but it was a sake that I rarely come across 🍶.
There is only one bottle left in the fridge 😠.

It is a sake 🍶.
Sweet aroma, but quite thin sweetness 😌.
Slight alcohol, but it is dissipated by a slight carbonation 🫧.
Slight sourness and astringency cut through.
The taste is complex, with an initial gusto, but then each flavor mixes and spreads 🤩.
The ginjo aroma is mild.
I felt it is a sake for professionals who like to drink it in small sips.
I heard that they also have a junmai type, so I would like to try that as well 😙.
The owner told me many stories about sake and I had a great time shopping there. I would like to stop by again if I am ever in the area 🤗.

It was quite a nostalgic sake. I think there are many ways to enjoy it, such as changing the taste after opening the bottle, heating it cold, using a sake cup, etc. 😄Next time, I'm going for a junmai type 3hyakunen no houreki 👀.
