This is another sake I bought at the Nada brewery tour at the end of last year, the same as yesterday's Dewaka-san 😀.
I've only tasted a bit of Senzuke at a previous event, but this is the first time I've had the chance to take some home 🤣.
If you think you can buy it anytime, you will never get a chance to take it home 😅.
And since the brewery is closed on weekends, it was closed every time I passed by 😅.
I was able to buy it at the storehouse this time because it was open only during the winter season😇.
It tasted like a fruity with less sweetness...ummakuchi fruity 😀.
Actually, my family loves sweet and fruity sake and we were a big fan of Hanamup, but after comparing it with Shinshu Kamerei and Senzuke this time, I feel like Hanamup is a little lacking 😅.
I wonder if my taste buds have changed a little bit after having a variety of sakes ❓🤣. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Yasubeyesan 😃.
We would like to try Senzuke 😋 but on the contrary we don't have a chance 🥲I sometimes want to drink Sukkiri after a long time of sweet and strong 🤔I guess it's the opposite at Yasbaye's place 🤗Our taste preferences are moving around 😅. まぁーHi Yasbay 😃.

Senzuke Orikarami is delicious 😻It's a sake I'm thinking of drinking at home someday 😊.

Today's main destination is Izumi Sake Brewery.
I always pass by the brewery when I visit Kobe Shu-shin-kan in Fukuju, but I have never been able to visit because the brewery is closed on Saturdays and Sundays 🤣.
I was able to visit for the first time because they are open on Saturdays only during the winter season 😇.
We tasted Senzuke and Amber Izumi and compared them, but it was Amber Izumi that was more fruity 😀.
I had decided to buy only one bottle for my refrigerator, so I had a hard time deciding between Senzuke and Amber Izumi's light nigori... 🤣 ポンちゃんHi Yasubeyesan 🐦.
Kaorin-san and I toured sake breweries, and lots of them! It's a perfect way to wrap up the tour👍.

It was a really enjoyable walk today with nice weather and a close view of the Rokko mountains 😀.

Izumi Shuzo 🍶, which brews Senzuke.
This brewery was also destroyed by fire in the earthquake 😱.

Nada's sake is a Chinese sake
but Senzuke is very easy to drink.

Starting over from scratch takes a lot of work 💪 but I think it's worth it so you can try new things 😊 Many popular sake breweries are also starting over 👍Sensuke is one to watch 🤣.
