Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair ⑥ I saw a tank of KEG at the Ozeki booth, so I approached it and saw that it said "Jun-Dai no Nama-Haraju", so I drank it. There are a lot of bubbles in the cup poured into it. It has a little bit of a peculiar taste, but it's slightly sweet and fruity. I wish it was commercially available 😋. Maybe the best I've had today 🤔. Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance has now left!

Good evening bouken🍶. Ozeki keg looks delicious 😋. I also had my first keg experience at Go Ara the other day and it is very fresh.

Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyou. If it's this good at Ozeki, it must definitely be good at other keg! I know it's rude, but I thought so 🤣.

Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair ⑤. Shirataka's booth Shirataka is not Shirataka, it's Hakutaka 😙. There are a lot of things I'm interested in, but I've had a lot to drink in a short time and I'm pretty drunk, so I'll just have one dish... Polishing ratio 50%, 720ml, 3300 yen The only one of the Daiginjos we drank this time. Fruity but with a strong rice flavor! There are tables set up in the venue, but they don't open for long periods of time due to the large number of people staying there💦. Some people are drinking sake they bought at the sales booths, and some kids are looking bored 😅. I decided to get something to eat, so I had a beef skewer from Katsu-chan Yakiniku, which has several branches in Amagasaki and Nishinomiya 😋.

Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair ④. Booth of Kitayama Brewery of Shimabijin Chose the one I've had at past events and home drinking but never seen before. I've had the Honjozo Nama-no-Harajiku in the past, but this was my first time drinking the watered-down version. It has the same unique fruity flavor as the first time I drank Shimabiki nama-shu! When I drank it at home before, it was hard to drink because it was so finicky😅.

Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair ③. Shiraga's booth I was interested in the Honjozo and Yamadanishiki Harasake, but chose the most expensive Junmai Daiginjo. Polishing ratio 50%, sake degree -1, price 5500 yen Clear, clean and fruity. Stronger taste than Sobana of Nihon Zakari.

Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair (2) Nihon Zakari's booth Nishinomiya has many major manufacturers, so I decided to drink some high-end sake that I wouldn't normally buy. I drank Souka Junmai Daiginjo Polishing ratio 38%, price 5244 yen I had heard somewhere that it was good and was curious about it. Beautiful and fruity. It's expensive to buy, but it's delicious! Sakari Craft Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-nara Sake This sake is not sold to the general public. It was poured from a server like thing. It's fruity, refreshing, sweet and tasty, and as it says, melon-like.

Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance and Food Fair ①. I went to this event because I remembered it was being held at the Sakegawa Post💦. I was looking for the Ougi Masamune that Pekkaaru-san was drinking, but when I went there, it was Nada Boast, and when I revisited a little while later, it was Nihon Zakari 😅. I guess I should have had the Nada Boast since it was a Honjozo that I hadn't had 🤔. I asked him if he can't drink Ougimasamune. I asked him if he could drink Ougimasamune. I asked him if he could drink Ougimasamune, and he said "No, I can't drink it. Then I said "No thanks" and left 🙄. It's like the Odagiri Joe commercial, right? I guess I have to buy a bottle of Ougimasamune at Frente Nishinomiya 🤔. Too bad I couldn't do nice Masamune 😿. After that, we wandered around and went to the Tsuinaichi booth. I ordered a set of sake comparison set, but it was too much 🤣. Kamisen sake A sweet sake with a strong taste! Junmai Ginjo Slightly fruity and acidic Junmai Daiginjo More umami than Junmai-Daiginjo Namae Daiginjo Clear as water I've had junmai-daiginjo and namaisouzake in the past, but my impression didn't change much. I mean, even the raw sake is now labeled Ryohei Koiso 😳. There's also a junmai sake, and there's more lineup than before! I don't brew my own sake here, but I guess it's going well if the lineup is growing 🤔.

Good evening, bouken-san! I see that Ougi Masamune is sold at Frente Nishinomiya! I'll go there next time. I got a generous amount of it. Nadaichi is Ryohei Koiso! I didn't notice that at all~! It's kind of amazing, isn't it?

Hello Pekkaaru-san! I know it's all in one bottle, but you can also buy Kanetaka and Nada Ichi at the antenna store in the basement of Frente 😁. Nada Ichi is a great sake in many ways as it seems to be Sada Masashi's favorite sake 😆.

One more drink for the last. It's Okura-san in Imazu. I feel very good. I casually asked for a "large 300 yen". Then, there was so much in it (laugh). It is not an appropriate amount for the last cup. However, I am very grateful! The sake is easy to drink, just like a Japanese sake. It also has a sweetness, but it is not too strong. I think it is the best sake for everyday drinking. This is my first time drinking sake from this brewery. I would like to buy a bottle.

Shirataka. I have bought it in small bottles a long time ago. Oh, I also had a bottle of "Miyamizu-no-sato" before. It is said to be the only sake in the whole country that is used as a sacred sake for the Ise Jingu Shrine. This one seems to be quite an expensive sake. I wonder how it tastes.... I did not record it at all. I am sure he would have said "Yum! I'm sure he would have said that~.

I went to the "Nishinomiya Sake Gura Renaissance" at the Nishinomiya Shrine. Nishinomiya Shrine is well-known for its "Fukuo" (lucky men). I heard that this is the 29th time this event has been held! I had no idea. I had no idea... The rain stopped in the morning, and the place was crowded with many people. The venue was lined with sake breweries from Nishinomiya Township. First up was the Osawa Honke Sake Brewery. I have visited the brewery several times. They were very kind and helpful. The freshly squeezed raw sake was a punchy one. It had a rich flavor, but was refreshingly delicious.
