GW Sake Activity Day Part 1 (7)
We decided to order another sake to compare with "Tsunekigen", and this one was a little more unique, so we chose this one.
Kagatobi Yamahai Junmai Super Dry".
It has a full-bodied, dark rice aroma, and the mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, but you can feel the firm umami and richness of the rice, and the aroma of rice that escapes through the nose, which is typical of the Yamahai style.
Dinner was full with sashimi, grilled fish, meat dishes, and takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with vegetables) to finish the meal 😁.
