Collaboration sake. It was supposed to be slightly sweet, but the first sip felt dry enough. But it was very tasty with a nice aftertaste.

A festival of Ishikawa's local sake and gastronomy. Sake Marché 2023, a gathering of the finest sake from Ishikawa and its famous restaurants. I would like to drink all of them, but Nakamura Sake Brewery's Shojo is my favorite. It is said to be a revived sake from a former brewery. It is full of rice flavor.
