In the mouth, it is sweet and nutty, and flows with a slight minerality. It is not as sticky as expected and tastes young. Last fall, I suddenly wanted some and went to Takamura's to see if they had it, and they sold it in a wine box 😺. I asked Mr. Bouken if he had any sake, and he came to me. 720 mL ¥ 1,760

It has a schwarziness, a grapefruit-like flavor, and a savory nutty aroma that flows smoothly. It is a R2BY old sake from Ko-Imari 🍶. I lied, I bought it thinking it was actually R5BY 💧. When I went to Takamura Coffee with Mr. Bouken for a long time, we were talking about the old Imari that was released in early spring and how they still have some left 💦. The preservation condition was fine, so it wasn't a bad bottle, but I would have liked to drink a fresh one if possible. Be careful when you go to Takamura 👀. 720 mL ¥ 1,430

Good evening, Yoohee 😃. Takamura Wine & Coffee Roastery also has a lot of sake. Ko-Imari-mae, Ki, Banshu Ikken, Niida Sanshu, etc. have a good selection and I would like to use them in the future. Be careful about the date of manufacture. ⚠️

Good evening, Aladdin. ⭐︎ It's a surprisingly good spot, and there are often still some left even if the other places are sold out 💡. I can have a coffee and take a break, so I make good use of it ✨.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃. It was still hot season 😁. The liquor store I went to yesterday in Sakaigashi also had Ko-Imari, but it was mainly wine and the date needed to be confirmed 😅.

bouken Hello ☀︎ Yes, I was sweating a lot when I walked 💦. Wine is the main thing, same as Takamura's 💡. I guess it doesn't sell well in Kansai 💧.

I thought I haven't had this one, so I bought it at a wine and coffee shop because it was on sale. It has a complex flavor with melon, nuts, and minerality. It has a complex taste of melon, nuts, minerals, etc. It also has a rummy taste, perhaps due to the gassiness. It is an easy-drinking Yamahai sake. Perhaps because it was made in April, it tastes a little ripe as the gas fades.

Hello Pon-chan 😃 Sake seems to be pushed to the corner and many people don't even know it's there 💦Yuhee said the sake he bought was dated 3 years ago😅. I used to hate Yamahai, but now there are more and more I can drink it without worries 😊.

This one, like the Ko-Imari, was purchased when I was with Yoohee-san. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui. It has a melon-like taste and a strong bitter taste like bitter melon. I thought it would be a little sweeter, but it is quite spicy. It is more like melon or cemedine. It is not my favorite type of rice.

Hello bouken! There you have it, Cemedine ‼️ Was the aroma that strong? I wonder if it is more balanced when fire-roasted than raw...?

Hi Yoohee 😃 Positively written, it has a nuance like melon or gourd, but I think it's cemedine because it's so nasty and tungsten 🤔 some people don't seem to mind it.... I was caught up in the bag squeezing and it was a mistake 💦.

It was the Sunday of Silver Week. Yoohee-san sent me a picture of a refrigerator at a liquor store. I told him I was going there now, and he said he would wait for me until I came. We arrived about 30-40 minutes later and met up with Yoohee-san. This wine and coffee shop is located in Osaka's Tamawan Street. In front of the store, there were many luxury cars such as Maserati. The brands they carry are Naohiko Noguchi Institute, Tamagawa, Otters, W, Ki, Hanaboe, Goyuji, Yatsuka, Ehime Ichikai, Nihonshin, Banshu Ikken, Kuroemon XVI, Ko-Imari, Yukino Kayasha, Shinomine, Ishizuchi, Kazuhaku, Souzora, etc. Sake seems to be relegated to the corner and not popular.... Some of them are out of date, so you need to check. Behind the Sake corner, there is a high-end wine corner 😱. Slightly effervescent, pineapple-like flavor, but not sweet and dry. It is not sweet-sweet, but dry, with a trace of spiciness in the second half of the bottle. The higher the temperature, the less pungent it is and the more the rice flavor and sweetness increases. I'm so mana-less 🤣.

Good morning, bouken-san! I enjoyed the Fukushima-Noda Bouken course after that day 👟. I see you drank it right away 💡. The Junmai I bought was about 3 years old💦. It wasn't twisted, but...
