It was the Sunday of Silver Week.
Yoohee-san sent me a picture of a refrigerator at a liquor store.
I told him I was going there now, and he said he would wait for me until I came.
We arrived about 30-40 minutes later and met up with Yoohee-san.
This wine and coffee shop is located in Osaka's Tamawan Street. In front of the store, there were many luxury cars such as Maserati.
The brands they carry are
Naohiko Noguchi Institute, Tamagawa, Otters, W, Ki, Hanaboe, Goyuji, Yatsuka, Ehime Ichikai, Nihonshin, Banshu Ikken, Kuroemon XVI, Ko-Imari, Yukino Kayasha, Shinomine, Ishizuchi, Kazuhaku, Souzora, etc.
Sake seems to be relegated to the corner and not popular....

Slightly effervescent, pineapple-like flavor, but not sweet and dry. It is not sweet-sweet, but dry, with a trace of spiciness in the second half of the bottle.
The higher the temperature, the less pungent it is and the more the rice flavor and sweetness increases.
