Kame no Kai Super Dry Junmai Sake
At Miyoda on the 3rd floor of MI DO RI, a commercial building next to Nagano station.
I finally encountered the famous sake I've heard so much about in my hometown Nagano!
The aroma is weak, but it is very dry.
Let's call it "Kiriri" smell 😁.
When you sip it, you'll be surprised how dry it really is!
No sweetness 💦.
Bitter, delicious, acidic = dry formula
It's a very sharp and crispy taste.
Goes well with grilled miso and nozawana.
